Poster made exclusively for a World Animal Day contest in my residential college in university. Theme: "Saving the Endangered Species"
Tiger is an endangered species whereby most tigers now are held captive in zoo (too little out in the wild). I heard you like white tigers? Please stop. White tigers aren't a separate species - the white tint is from a recessive trait in the genes, meaning the zoos always inbreed the white tigers to get more white tigers. Sure you've only seen the beautiful and strong ones, but who knows how many were abandoned for birth defects (which are very common when there isn't genetic variation).
MORE LOVE FOR THE ORANGEY-KUUUUUUUUUN. Drawing this made me google image so much that I learnt quite a lot about tigers themselves.
It's an orangutan (another endangered species) in the background, not monkey (notice there's no tail). He wasn't quite intended in the poster until I thought of adding another endangered species, his silly face came into mind since orangutans are known to be able to use tools (in this case, throw bombs... fruits at the faggot)
